Thanks for the kind words. Tough question. But my advice is this: Look for some like-minded people whom you can trust. Talk to them about your views. Vent. Rant. Do whatever you need. Then be a bit circumspect around others. I hate suggesting that you should be cautious. But it's probably best for career survival. Hope that is worth something.
